Installation & bypass

Fitted into the coolant circuit, not into the engine

Every heater is delivered with a connection and fixation kit. Control boxes, thermostats and hose sets are available as accessories.

Tap into the coolant circuit

The heater is installed as a bypass across the engine block. The internal cooling system stays untouched, so warranty and engine approvals are unaffected.

Mount and connect

Fixation bracket and hose adapters are supplied. Thermosiphon models rely on natural circulation; forced-flow models carry an integrated pump.

Set the temperature and leave it

Fixed thermostats switch between roughly 27 and 50 °C; TopStart is adjustable from 0 to 80 °C and POWERHEAT from 20 to 90 °C, each with a safety thermostat (110 °C and 120 °C STD).
